Previously called "NACH0 Colours"

This mod expands the "new" paint system in the game, the old paints have been given the functionality to be able to paint blocks.

currently the only paintables that have been given this functionality are:
-planks
-rough stone bricks (renamed from cobblestone)
-large bricks (the old bricks texture, readded to better align with the painted bricks texture)
-cobblestone (the removed cobblestone texture)

todo:
-remove/hide recipes for paintable varients (to remove clutter)
-reimplement the coloured lanterns and implent painting to them
-readd old carpet texture and coloured varients
-expand the other paintables to include all paint colours
-update the paint icons to match the vanilla icons
-begin to implement the textures from "NACH0 Blocks" to unify everything under one mod
