Zero (Indefinitely W.I.P)

DISCLAIMER:
This character is largely unfinished. All of his normal attacks are functional, some special moves are semi-functional, but for the most part lack any real balancing.

This is a project I started a long time ago when Rivals Of Aether first introduced workshop characters to the game. But due to lack of coding knowledge, motivation and real-life situations, I took a very long hiatus and coming back, I still realize that I can't find myself able to completely finish the character, and for that I am sorry. Maybe someday i'll come back to work on it again but it's very unlikely.

If you would like to use any of the character's resources/files for yourself, or fix it up and make it your own, please feel free!

Sounds are taken from the Megaman Zero/ZX series, and SNK vs Capcom
