Rod bomber

Description
This thing drops small metal rods on your foes.
(only on planets)
When putting it on a ship do note:

-The pink part is not needed

-Don't cover the barrel

-YOU CAN ONLY HAVE ONE PER SHIP
(I can't find a fix to make it so you can have more than one)
