Equal Growth on All Planet Sizes

Description
This mod is copied from one on nexusmods made by SpudDastardly.

I only edited it so that it doesn't change anything except the amount of food necessary to grow from one population unit to the next. (original version on nexusmods sets many unrelated things about planets to the defaults)

Original description is:

To understand precisely what this mod does, you need to know a bit about the growth formula. To grow a new population, you need to build up surplus food up to a certain value. Going from 1 population to 2 takes a fixed starting amount of food, and then each subsequent population takes less food until you reach half the max population, which requires a minimal amount of food to get to the next, then each population after that takes more and more food until you reach a fixed ending amount for your last population.

For example, in the vanilla game, to go from 1 popuation to 2 on a small planet takes 100 food total, to get from half your population to half +1 takes 75 food, and to get from max -1 to max population takes 200 food. In comparison, on a large planet, going from 1 to 2 takes 150 food, going from half to half+ + 1 takes 75 food, and going from max -1 to max takes 300 food.

This mod sets the starting, ending, and midpoint values the same for all sizes. Going from 1 to 2 takes 125 food, from half to half+1 takes 75, and from max-1 to max takes 250.

By the way, for optimal population growth, you should have planets stay at half their max population. If max population is odd, the optimal number is half of max - 1. This applies in vanilla as well.

OMG you are my hero!

Spud removed it from Nexus. I am so glad you copied it here !!!!!!!
The whole day I was reading through wikis and old bookmarks (and many of them removed) to either refind that mod or to understand how the heck this population growth is working.

(just curious: Can you tell me what you removed resp. do you still have the original too?)

P.S. Please NEVER EVER remove this mod 👏👏👏👏👏
