@griffin.u.miller this addon was last updated in 2013, you don't need the creators permission if there is no way to contact him and it isn't stated and you can't use it so go ahead

DJGAMING20107 are they even npc's or just models because there not in the npc tap in the q menu?

You can change them from enemy to friendly so the combine will/not attack them.
