**This tactic heavily relies on players being well suited to their respective roles**

i.e. Center backs comfortable with the ball at their feet, well rounded full-backs, midfielders adept in both going forward as well as in defensively especially the Roaming Playmaker, and a well rounded striker who's able to link the midfield to the attack. A sweeper keeper would be desirable but not necessary.
