This image is from the TV Series "Man in the High Castle", a show about alternate history where the German Reich won World War II.

If the Germans won the Second World War, German Supreme Leader, Adolf Hitler, planned on rebuilding the city of "Berlin" into "Germania", a German megalopolis. Not only does this happen in the show, but this would've most likely happened in real-life had he won the war.
