A compatibility patch for using Psionics Re-Expanded and New Ship Classes and Downscaled Ships (Requested by jhlatour)

Issues
Exploration Ship doesnt have a proper model
Flagship appears broken up into parts
Escort Carrier is not resized

I copyed in files from another NSC+DSS patch and I guess it was missing out Exploration Ships and Escord Carriers. Not sure what happend to the Flagship. I'll try to fix them later sorry v.v
