RCT1 Scenario - Leafy Lake

Description
This is my favorite RCT map.
It is as close to a 1:1 replica of Leafy Lake from Roller Coaster Tycoon I could make. Hope you enjoy it.

Starting from scratch, build a theme park around a large lake.

*Reupload, forgot benches.

Scenario:
Have at least 500 guests in your park
Have an overall park rating of at least 60%
Complete all non-optional goals by the end of October, Year 3
