Caps Major nations to ~250 divisions and minors to ~40.

Works with vanilla and any mod, Kaiserreich, Fuhrerreich, RT56, etc.

Heavily recommended to use alongside Expert AI.

I think minors should be limited to like 10. Canada had 10 divisions in WW2 and they werent even minor.

Is there a version of this that applies to new nations? Example: if a new nation is formed, it does not have these restrictions.

It would be great to have the option to limit each and every country to a maximum of 150 divisions.
