Highway2L2W is possibly DLC or mod content.
Rural Highway is possibly DLC or mod content.
Small Rural Highway is possibly DLC or mod content.
Small Rural Highway Elevated is possibly DLC or mod content.
Small Rural Highway Slope is possibly DLC or mod content.
Small Rural Highway Tunnel is possibly DLC or mod content.

It's not exactly working in the way I'd expect. The traffic continuously stops (as if there's a stop sign) just prior to the intersection on all 4 sides. I tried fixing it with the Traffic Manager but to no avail. Am I doing something wrong?
