Description
Modern House Variant #2
This modern design 2-story house with a private deck and patio invites comfort, and exudes modern elegance. With 2 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, generous living space and stylish finishes, you'll enjoy a perfect setting for relaxing and entertaining.

Beautiful hardwood floors and plenty of natural light flow throughout the home's open, airy layout. Other special highlights include a one rover garage, small refinery, and small assembler. The house also features a wind turbine and solar panels, perfect for a self-sustaining frontier lifestyle.

Although the home is fully pressurized, it does not have any airlocks and was not designed for non-atmospheric worlds. Modless, but does require Decorative Packs 1 & 2.

It is just the byproduct of using half blocks. Not sure why Keen did the edges different.

Would you be alright with me using this in a machinima I'm writing? I'm wanting this to be a sort of standard house in the series that could be fabricated at any earth-like location, which would dot the landscape outside of towns or cities.
