Research, Rescue, Salvage.

This is a build I have started to test and experiment mechanics.

Right now it is a non-advanced vessel. Eventually, it will be a advanced, and I will get down to the specific dynamics cosmetically and mechanically.

My biggest issue, is no matter what I do, I cannot get the stern boat to attach to the main boat by any means. Whenever I use connectors, it seems to sink, every time, no matter what I try, I think I maybe have to create a new build for the smaller boat, and somehow combine the two and create a mission? Any help would be great. I've been trying to fix it for months, and can't find any answers online on how to attach it, and be able to detach as well. Right now it is connected by blocks(So it's fully part of the ship, and not moving). Please help!
