Draftosaurus - alternate table incl passing tool

Hey all,

Just an edit of the existing mod by Grey Poupon (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1844193937&searchtext=draftosaurus ; all scans/models are his work as far as I know, I claim no credit), with an alternate table, some snappoints and most importantly: added drafting tools.

That depends on whether I'll have access to the models. I have not scanned and made models myself before.
