UPDATE: Reduced brick count and more aesthetic changes

Update: Additional aesthetic changes.

Update: Small aesthetic changes, new wheels and a new engine.

This item is a black BR version of the GWR 0-6-0PT Pannier Steam Engine. This is compatible with my other items.
