Unnamed Big Orange Rover

Description
Here it is, the future of mobile base construction and camouflage!

The brightest, orangest, roverest vehicle carrier with deployable ramp I've ever built, I present to you, the Unnamed Big Orange Rover.

This is the rover built in Escape... Unlikely with a few finishing upgrades including dual large hydrogen thrusters and improved interior paint job.

It comes with a Chomper and Splitsietron included (creative mode pasting only).

I hope you guys enjoy rolling around the Martian plains with this as much as I have :)

While it has some DLC blocks, this whole rover is vanilla.

I think it should be called the Orange Box.

@theboving There's a tutorial video on Splitsies YouTube channel for the construction of the ramp shown on this rotors. He uses advanced rotors for that. It's a bit fiddly to set up but it does work; I tried it successfully yesterday for a large grid rover I'm building; no scripting involved.

Part of that video includes setting the displacement on the rotor head down to -0.2 to get the blast door blocks to fit properly - also reduces the chance of angering the Gods of Klang. Not sure if that;s the bit you're missing for the "shorter" rotors?

Thanks for suggestion. I am new to this so script is not my thing yet. Any change you could update the rover to hinges.

Will try that out. Thanks man

tbh for the tail ramp I'd now use hinges instead as they're probably neater for this use

Thanks for responding Splitsie. I have tried the advanced rotors dont work. Maybe it because if some opdate in the game. They are about 1/4 block longer now. Was the to parts back them. Because i can fit the rotorhead but there is not rotorpart.

They're standard vanilla rotors, though I might have used the advanced rotor for the back ramp, can't recall off the top of my head though

Hi
I have this but cant get the rotors to fit. The ones on the rover seems shorter then the ones i have. Are they made by a mod? For info have all DLC and also the mod: Small advanced rotors.

I like "pumpkin" or "jack-O-lantern" which is a name I actually came up with while watching the series!

Fits the color scheme.

I think that's likely to go badly, but test it in creative mode - then it'll just be funny since you can repaste it :D
