No Theft Ichthy

Description
UPDATE: Just to let everyone know, I have created a new mod that also includes the pegomastax.

This mod changes the Ichthy to have a 0% chance of stealing any food items but increases the chances of it knocking your weapon out of your hand to 35% to balance out the game a bit.

I have tested this locally and it works as expected. The modified Ichthy spawns will not take effect until you do a dino wipe to get rid of the dinos that were spawned before the mod was added so without a dino wipe it will take time for the change to be seen.

This is my first mod and is the very initial version so I have not integrated any kind of INI options just yet. In the future I will integrate proper INI options so you have the control of turning theft on and off and set specific kinds of items the Ichthy is allowed to steal.

I am open to any suggestions as well but I am still very new to things like this so it may take me some time and I am always open to help.

I would suggest everyone move over to the new "No More Theft" mod I have released it has INI options and this mod will no longer be maintained.

Don't see why I would install. I couldn't care less about them stealing my food items. Losing my precious weapons to random glitches after they get a hold of them on the other hand...

I see there is a growing number of subscribers. I would like any feedback if anyone has any issues with the mod in its current version as well as suggestions for future updates.
