New Teuton Wonder

Description
Changes the Teuton wonder from the Maria Laach Abbey to the St. Stephansdom in Austria.

I didn't create the wonder graphic. It was taken from the Age of Chivalry: Hegemony mod.Author unknown.

The structure doesn't have a shadow sadly but if somebody is willing to create one I'll add it.

Have fun and enjoy the new wonder, comments are welcome.
