Alternate Celt Wonder

Description
Changes the Celt wonder from the Rock of Cashel to the St. Davids Cathedral in Wales.

I didn't create the wonder graphic. It was taken from the Age of Chivalry: Hegemony mod.Author unknown.

The structure doesn't have a shadow sadly but if somebody is willing to create one I'll add it.
