Sacred Bark plus

Description
Sacred Bark is a new relic from the beta branch that doubles potion effectiveness. Potions that don't rely on numbers are sadly ignored and don't receive any benefit from this relic.

This mod fixes that.

Every potion that can't have its "potency" doubled can instead be used twice.

This includes the following potions:
Ambrosia
Blessing of the forge
Elixir
Entropic Brew
Gamblers Brew
Smokebomb
Stance potion

@trelian5 You cannot escape the act 4 elite combat with smoke bomb until you kill one enemy

@javinogal7 I'm pretty sure that it always allows you to escape from an elite combat, that's not an upgrade

Looking at the base game code, there's absolutely nothing to support what you're saying.
Maybe it was changed again.

It says scape from any non Elite non Boss combat unupgraded, and if its upgraded it say scape from any non Boss combat.

Sorry but I have no interest in implementing an options menu for that. If you want to play around with it, I can send you a different version if you ping me on discord. (gkjzhgffjh#4772)

Would it be possible to add an option to change the functionality of Blessing of the forge to instead upgrade your hand twice? There are many multi-upgrade cards in my mod, and I think it would be a little more fun to play with it that way. Nitpicky, I know.. cool mod though!
