Description
My attempt at creating a scenario based on a real world situation and sabaton song.

This is NOT a fair or winnable scenario and is designed to emulate a war. i will be modifying this on occasion to tweak difficulty

Your faction will be a New Arrivals.
Start with 10 people, chosen from 10.
Start with research: Mortars
Start with research: Gunsmithing
The stat "construction speed" will be universally multiplied by 10000%.
The stat "deterioration rate" will be universally multiplied by 150%.
The stat "ranged cooldown" will be universally multiplied by 75%.

Incident created:
-Enemy raid
-Enemy raid (special locations)
-Toxic fallout

Incident(s) disabled:
-Solar flare
-Eclipse
-Wanderer join
-Orbital trader arrival
-Transport pod crash
-Man in black
-Peace talks quest
-Escape ship quest
-Trader caravan arrival
-Visitor group
-Wild man wanders in
-Resource pod crash
-Self-tame
-Chased refugee
-Psychic soothe
-Psychic drone

have you considered sugesting using the misc series of mods, they have a misc mapgenorator and a misc urban biome, that might hit what your aiming for, i belive there is also a ruined world mod some place, that makes a lot of map areas like destroyed towns/city like areas

I'd also like to state that construcion speed is because the scenario is supposed to represent an existing city

i'm probably going to amp this up to have more raids. then make a CE port
