In the city of Hudson a mysterious viral outbreak has turned most of the population into hyper-aggressive zombie-like creatures, forcing the civilian population to scatter across the quarantine zone. The Global Relief Effort (GRE) assist the survivors still trapped in the city by airdropping supplies. Hudson is controlled by a war lord named Rais he robs and pillages safezones, he forces them to pay him! The GRE hires a asset to infiltrate Hudson in order to retrieve a sensitive file stolen from them by Rais, which he is using as leverage to blackmail them, with the threat of publicizing it if anything were to happen to him. The asset is airdropped into Hudson and instantly attacked by Rais's thugs. The Tower the main safezone in the quarantine is being harassed by Rais who steals and hoards the supplies from the GRE airdrops including medical supplies and MRE's. The GRE asset was sent to bargain with Rais for medical supplies and food.
