Crafting Hammer

Adds a craftable cheat crafting hammer for crafting everything.

I created this from scratch and the first mod that I have created and is based off of the Hephaestus crafting hammer mod. The Hephaestus mod increases all crafting stats by 7 and that is all you need but I wanted to try out modding and wanted one that increased all crafting stats up to 12, and that is what this mod does. I created my own xml files, I also followed a mod creation guide from Steam community guide section on how to mod correctly from start to finish and created my own sprite icon for this mod as well, I created the hammer icon in Aseprite.
