V12 VF Mk1: ''An Unlikely Alliance'' (Lore Included)

In 4596, Venture had a run-in with some serious competition. Aptly named ''The Salt Flat Derby'' was a big battle between a large bandit group known as ''The Rippers'' and Venture. Venture was decimated. Absolutely decimated. The bandits where too fast, too strong, too resilient for Venture. When they called for help, Hawkeye of all corporations responded. After a long and quite heated discussion they came to an agreement that would lead to an unlikely alliance between the two being formed for a brief period. Both Corporations put forth their brightest minds in an attempt to construct a vehicle that would meet the demands of power, speed and resilience. Long hours where spent between the two Corporations arguing on what to focus on. Venture wanted more speed, but Hawkeye wanted armor and guns. Eventually the V12 VF Mk1 was born. An amalgam of Venture and Hawkeye tech put together into a beautiful nimble package. Due to the size constriction and the demands of Venture to always be on the move, the tech was equipped with a multitude of prototype Dynamos. This meant that even during combat, the tech would be constantly generating more energy to protect itself from incoming fire. This would prove to be invaluable on the large expanses of the salt flats. Venture, with their best drivers seated in these beasts of speed, returned to the salt flats where The Rippers where dominating. And boy was it a bloodbath. The Rippers became ''The Ripped'' That day, for the V12 VF Mk1 was a product of destructive speed.
