Better Workers

This is a simple mod that improves the Worker unit in a few ways with certain upgrades that help movement and survivability.
Specifically, these new Workers get these promotions:
- Ignore Terrain Cost
- Embarkation
- Extra Moves I
- Extra Sight I
The goal of this is to make Workers spend less time moving to a work tile and more time actually working! Your Workers will travel faster with less restriction. The Extra Sight I promotion is intended to anticipate ambushes from Barbarians and other enemies earlier.
