- If your tech level is better than lvl 5 "Holy Nation" attack you if they cross you

- When you reach maximum tech lvl 11 try to speak to "Emperor Tengu" or "Queen Of The South" or "Boss Simion" for have all maps who wants to kill you

Thanks. Also, you should make a mod where this happens but only for holy nation. Since Holy Nation are technophobes so I'd assume they'd try to purge any faction with advanced tech. Maybe at tech level 6 holy nation become more aggressive doing "tech raids" on you're bases.
