It's a decent layout for a small freighter; it pairs well with a Turtle Miner, available in this list but no longer in trade stations, which unlike most miners has landing gear and fits nicely on the landing deck. But it's a bit sluggish with hydrogen thrusters, unloaded, in 0G; I can't see it making it to and from a planet when loaded. So it seems like you'd either use it in an atmosphere, or in space, with one set of thrusters or the other being dead weight.
