Gareds Realistic Age Mod

This is my first ever mod for Crusader Kings 2 so please bear that in mind first of
all so I am very inexperienced with all this and therefor am unsure what this
is incompatible with, as far as I know it works for vanilla.

The aim of the mod is to make the ages more realistic to what I think it was more
like in the medieval ages, here are the changes in the mod:

-Can now marry from 13 and upwards instead of what was originally 16

-Adulthood has been changed from 16 to 14 meaning you get your portrait at 14
and complete your education

-Can now educate children from aged 4-13

-You now get the middle aged portrait from age 40-59 and old age at 60+

If you feel that my mod could use some changes please do suggest what to change in the comments as I wasn't sure if middle aged portraits should be from 40-50 or 40-59
