After reaching the amount of divisions equal to the number of all military factories multiplied by 1.5, an AI country will stop producing any new divisions.

There are aditional limits:

Limits Soviet Union to 250 divisions.

Limits China to 200 divisions.

Limits Germany to 170 divisions.

Limits USA to 150 divisions.

Limits France to 140 divisions.

Limits Britain and Japan to 120 divisions.

Limits Italy to 100 divisions.

Limits Poland to 75 divisions.

Limits Raj/India and Brasil to 50 divisions.

Limits Canada, Czechoslovaquia, Yugoslavia, Mexico, Romania, Spain, Argentina and Hungary to 40 divisions.

Limits Turkey to 35 divisions.

Limits all other countries to 30 divisions.
