Darken217 SciFi Weapons for TTT

This addon is a simple port of selected weapons from Darken217's SciFi weapons addon: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=420970650

The weapons ported for this addon are as follows (T indicates the weapon is available only from the Traitor buy menu):

- Astra
- Draco
- Hornet
- Meteor (T)
- Phoenix
- Pyre (T)
- Storm
- Supra (T)
- Vectra
- Zeala (T)

It goes without saying that I owe all credit to Darken217 as this is just a port of the original addon to allow these weapons to either spawn randomly or be bought in the traitor buy menu. The only work I undertook was some quick bugfixing to eliminate script errors and ensure the weapons behave nicely in TTT.
