V3 of my TFA Halo Storm Rifle SWEP, setup and ready to go for the public

Spent a total of 1 hour and 46 minutes on it.

Credits:
Ishi - Sniper rifle tracer and impact effects (using the blue plasma rifle effect for this swep.)

No worries, lmao. I might have some higher-res textures for the storm rifle floating about, if you wanna use those for this. The current ones were never meant for anything other than a world model.
