Stratosphere Bomber III

The model is inspired by the MG-100 StarFortress SF-17 "Resistance Bomber"

It a space ship, built for bombing from 0.25 G. on Earth-like planets that means an altitude of 20 km, but the ship can also descent to 4 km altitude.

very accurate. i landed a direct hit at my starting drop pod from around 20km.

1 charge digs a shaft of 300m, on board are enough resources for 4 more charges.


How to use:

-take place on the left seat, and fly above your target, You should fly about 20 km altitude, as gravity below 0.25 leads to too much horizontal movement of the warheads within the bomb bay.
-now press the hotkey number 2, it will align the ship to the natural gravity field(you can stop that with hotkey 3).
-with WASD you can place your target in the center of a camera (hotkey 4 and 5).
-make sure the bomb bay is open (hotkey 1) check on your console.
-fire with hotkey 9.

it takes around 22 seconds until all bombs are out, and 33 seconds until you can fire again.


Do not move while bombing!
