Automatically places Dig errands on unstable tiles such as Sand, Snow, and Regolith that fall as a result of Duplicant mining activities.

• Created Dig errands inherit the priority of the source Dig errand.
  
• Low performance impact: checks for falling tiles only during Duplicant mining activities.
  
• Does not impact automated builds: ignores tiles falling as a result of Robo-Miner, state of matter changes, doors opening, or meteor impacts.
