I made a map of Matsuyama City with the main roads. Use these roads as a guide to creating your city. If you subscribe to 81 Tiles Mod, you can develop to around Iyo City and Tobe Town.

1) Japan is left-hand traffic. It is recommended to set the traffic on the left side.
2) Use this theme if you want to make the Japanese landscape more realistic.

This city is a castle town with a population of 500,000, with a castle in the middle of the city. To the east is Japan's oldest hot spring, "Dogo Onsen". In this city, Matsuyama Airport and ferry terminal are also located on the bay area.
