this mod is build from 3 other mod for my server

this mod add some blocks:
-reactors (small and large) with power x5 and power x10
-thrusters (small and large, ion, atmo and hydro) with power x5 and power x10
-gyroscop (small and large) with power x5 and power x10
-hydro tank x5 and x10
-small gravity generator and small spheric gravity generator
-ore detector BM with 150m radius for small grid and 250 for large grid

and modify some parameter like:
-max small grid speed set to 340m.s
-max large grid speed set to 250m.s
-small grid drilling radius set from 1.1 to 1.5
-large grid drilling radius set from 1.9 to 3
-automatic parachut deploy of drop pod and container set to 800m to prevent crash
