1. you export the texture, (i used umodel, but honestly just the snipping tool can work if you need a picture but don't want to download anything)
2. open it in any sort of image editor (photoshop, etc. i use gimp because it's free). use spot heal to color out the decal, and edit in text with whatever text function your software has.
3. import the texture into a package you make in the editor. (make sure the size is still a power of 2, or it won't work
4. use the asset replace function to replace the original texture with the one you made.
i realize this sounds really complex, but it's easier than it sounds. if you need more help, check out the AHiT discord! they have a modding channel and getting help there is honestly how i get anything done.
