Mechanical Walls Recipe Patch

Description
Changes the recipe for the mechanical walls to be 15 stone/wood/metal, plus 25 steel and 1 component.
Changes the Embrasure protection to be more like other embrasure mods (75%).

Why is the patch 1.1 but not the base mods?

@Silent Service this was part of a bigger mod that is no longer being updated that added robots that where built for a task a deep storage unit and a deep drill that dug up materials for the cost of power and some parts. im glad to see someone has brought back one of the parts of this mod and hope that they give the rest of it the some treatment.
