High Elf Conquest Rewards

Description
What is this?
Gain army buffs as rewards for going out of your way to conquer distant lands.


Why?
To have a reason to go out of your way and conquer distant lands.


Well alright, so what are the buffs?
First off, these buffs only benefit the High Elves, and only after the conquered settlement is built up to at least tier 4. The buffs affect all armies factionwide. Here we go:

You've sailed the high seas, braved storms and fought pirates, you have crossed all manner of badlands and the most unforgiving deserts. Only a little bit of extra knowledge is required to turn your soldiers into the ultimate survivalists. Conquer
LAHMIA
and gain attrition immunity for all your armies.

ALTDORF
Learn a few frontline tricks from those state troopers.
+10 melee+hybrid infantry defence skill.

ATHEL LOREN
Learn the secrets of ultimate archery and put them to good use.
+5% infantry and cavalry missile range
+5% infantry and cavalry missile damage
Note that these buffs are received for each of the major settlements, stacking up.

BLACK CRAG
Run like an orc!
+10% battle movement speed across all units.

CASTLE DRAKENHOF
Your cavalry will become as tireless as the Blood Knights.
100% fatigue resistance to all cavalry.

COURONNE
Since we're talking knights, why not have the Bretonnians teach your riders a trick or two about the effective delivery of damage?
+10 cavalry charge bonus
+10 cavalry melee attack skill

KARAK EIGHT PEAKS
Gain control of the Dawi forges and get their smiths to work for you.
+20 to armor across all units.

HEXOATL
Damage-dealing Cold One Riders can show your cavalry how to put the hurt on every foe.
+20% cavalry melee damage

ITZA
Well how about the Croxigors? They sure can show your infantry how to bash.
+20% infantry melee damage

KARAZ-A-KARAK
More blackpowder!
+20% artillery damage

KHEMRI
Dismantle the Chariot of the Gods to see what makes it oh-so-special.
+10 to chariot armour
+20 to chariot charge bonus

KISLEV
Centuries of fighting confused but nimble norscans has taught the Northerners a thing or two about the value of discipline.
+30 to infantry leadership

MIRAGLIANO
The knights of Tilea know a lot about staying alive, you should discover their secrets.
+10 cavalry defence skill

NAGGAROND
Kill'em all!
+10 infantry attack skill

SARTOSA
Rusty and barnacled as they may be, those carronades and mortars sure hit hard.
+10% artillery firing rate
+5% artillery damage

THE AWAKENING
All hail Queen Bess!
+15% artillery range
+5% artillery damage

I like the idea of providing a reward for taking a capital (that sorta represents the race that owns it).
But in my opinion some of these are a bit overpowered.
For example +10 attack for all infantry, +20 for all units and immune to all attrition all armies.

Would you mind if I made a personal (not public) version of this mod with tweaked rewards?

Hi fluffington, i have a feeling you could with this also make a series of mods.
Like Shaky Rivers did with OVN and Flamboyant schemer1 with his set of mods.
Would you be able to consider making something similiar for The Empire after their update in 9 days?

It makes me think of the amazing new campaign mechanics of Total War Three Kingdoms.
