No more config you should set, just Download this mod.
And then start your game with any challenge you want,
A health bar will appear in your pure kitty aliens.

***If you want to turn off the healthbar, just print in the console
"sv_mapspawn_nut_exec 0", Then health bar will disappear.
if you want to turn on it again, just print "sv_mapspawn_nut_exec 1"
