Plain good river map. That's pretty much it. It's pretty flat, so building is easy.

Really nice map, enough of a map to get a pretty good city going but not with so much infrastructure that you need to start changing highway connection because they don't work. I don't know why map creators feel like they have to add so many 2 lane highways with no room to expand them? I'm playing vanilla but I do have 81 tiles available. And also unlimited outside connections but have add any yet.
