Roster Adjustments

Description
Modifies the first couple levels (for now) to be less frustrating and more fun, the areas might be easier as a result.

Changelog:

Prioners' Quarters

Knife Throwers -> no longer appears in the first room of the level
Failed Experiments -> completely removed


Promenade of the Condemned

FE -> quantity 4 -> 2.5
Kamikaze -> no longer spawns in packs of 2
Bats -> now appear in 4-5 BC


Toxic Sewers

Disgusting Worm -> minPfSize 8 -> 12
* less likely to be cornered in a space you cannot escape from)

Worm Zombies:
-> reduced density 4 -> 3
-> appear 1 room later

> Grenaders -> appear 1 room later
> Buzzcutters -> reduced density 10 -> 7

I'll also take a look at higher levels and see if i can do anything to improve the play experience (with the exception of Ancient Sewers, f*** that level)

Can you do anything to change the Slumbering Sanctuary? Golems suck.

I can't speak for everyone, but my least favorite level so far is the Prison Depths. F~~~ the Hammers and their spammy crap, and I've encountered Maskers there in some REALLY stupid places (one was hiding half a bloody army that then proceeded to wombo-combo me into oblivion).
