R5: Found republic with patricians you designated(and play as the new doge if you have The Republic DLC)

In CK2, Merchant republics were founded by granted a duchy title. That's a bit bored.
This mod adds a targeted decision for vassal lord mayors. So they can establish a titular maritime republic.
The founding progress is extendable with adding event chains.

To play with republic goverment, you need The Republic DLC.

The original goal to fill insufficient mechanism in the Republic DLC.
There was a guild society when I come up with this idea. Guild missions can progress the "legend progress bar" and eventually make the republic established.
But it take too much efforts from me. Therefore this mod is far from its original look and it's barely bones.

A challenge:
Try to form the Republic with five designated culture patrician, which are Chinese, Jurchen, Mongol, Uyghur and the Tibet.
