Configurable Motion Sensor Range

Adds a side panel to the Motion Sensor to individually configure each sensor in game. Values: 3 to 21.

Note: Please note that the vanilla behavior of motion sensors is very finicky and sometimes does not detect dupes correctly. The mod does not correct that behavior, it only increases the range of the sensor. Clamping to uneven values is intended.
