MOM City Test

Running into issues where the MOM mod either doesn't allow me to convert because the converter doesn't show or it's suddenly got like 20 tracks across the converter instead of the normal 6 dual tracks for the in-game multi-track station. It has, with other mods enabled, also frozen the game to where all I get is just a cursor with an arrow and no ability to build, but I haven't been able to duplicate that without the other mods working.
