This is a mutation I work on in my free time and will continue to update

Special thanks to Cap'N Snuggles for helping me figure out issues with it
To play this mutation, go to Mutations on the main Left 4 Dead 2 menu
and select the mutation titled "Realistic apocalypse"

This can be played single player with bots, but playing coop with voice chat is the best way to experience it.

The aim of this mutation is to make Left 4 Dead 2 into a brutal survival horror.
I will update this alot so tell me what you think.

Some changes include:
Handguns have limited ammo
Shotguns have realistic range now
Medkits are rare and dont heal as much
Propain, gas cans, and other explosive containers are more rare
Recoil for all weapons is realistic
All guns have less ammo
Zombies are slow, but travle in large packs that trap players that dont move quickly
Players are much more fast when sprinting
pipebombs are extreamly rare
Survivors do not glow
Items only glow when looking directly at them
and many more changes.



Team work will get you places when playing, AI isn't as good. Working together in coop, and having good communication skills will get you to the end faster and less damaged.

This addon only includes the mutation, I make addon packs that fit with the mutations style but you are free to use any reskins or scripts, they wont conflict.

I honestly think thats just a bug with the game engine because your not supposed to have reserve ammo for pistols. They'er supposed to be used as a last resort weapon in this mode anyway but ive been working on it more and gave them more ammo

I think I may have fixed that but havent updated the mod, I'll do what I can to sort out any issues you belive need changing, thanks for the feedback
