Sorry to hear that - Last time I played, the mod did require some tinkering to work with the latest updates.
Its unfortunate that the developers aren't trying to bring in new content or large updates to bring back its player base.
Miscreated is still one of my all time favourite survival games.
If the game improves and players return - The mods will be updated.

This is a little more complicated but the principle is the same.
In the file you will see lots of pre-existing classes and categories you can use on a new line for mutant loot.
Class is generally a specific item
and Category is a bunch of classes.
