RLE Image Decompression

Description
Decompress the image.

Pixels in file 300 are run-length encoded: each value has the format SSCC, where SS and CC are the lengths of a white and black pixel run, respectively. The total of all run lengths is 100.

The emulator host's #EMGP hardware register works similarly to the GP register available in TEC® Redshift™.

Inspired by isaac.wass' TenTen decompression assignment (which is really cool - check it out!)

61-68 are 名前は何ですか - "what is [your] name?"
69-74 are スニルドよ! - "Sunirudo yo"; my first name transliterated to Japanese, followed by "yo" for emphasis.

I thought it would be more interesting than more alphabets. :)

Glad my puzzle was inspiring! I think your choice for #EMGP as the name of the register is much better than #GPGP, so I'll use that naming convention in the future if I make another Redshift puzzle.

By the way, what do the symbols in test runs 61 through 74 translate to?
