@Cpt.Haxray If I remember correctly, you as a detective can buy this and put an ankle monitor on someone and track their movement somewhat through walls, you also get a remote which allows you to shock them, dealing some damage and making them drop the weapon they are holding.
(Again I think, maybe one of these things is wrong)
