you can find far more in chests in open maps
but this was a fun fast vid mate it blew my mind, then I did it, just a lot slower than you.

again chests on Bro 2 and area 4 open have 50+ and are 8-9 per area and respawn with enemies if you wait long enough
ie little berlin just idle, wait for the radio call to do something, do it x 4 leave repeat with
1200 chest + kills tokens easily 1600ish per main zone sitin !

the higher your level the more coins you get. im at lvl 87 and i get 145 each

but 200 only if you are invisible in mission
