CAP: StarGate Teleport Effect (SinglePlayer ONLY)

Description
Maybe many who play with CAP wants that effect, not instant teleport. So, here is.

Effect activates only in SinglePlayer game (not Listen Server, not Dedicated Server), because while animation playing, time scaling for everything. This is only way make effect without custom entities bugs with internal timers or something else.

You can use server ConVar stargate_teleporteffect_mode to switch effect mode. Set ConVar to 0 for long effect, 1 for fast effect, 2 to disable effect.

All of your other features of this pack are absolutely spot on to the show in every regard. Please make the Multiplayer version. I can think of several of my friends who also use this pack, who would also love to see the feature have a successful run. Please make this happen. Pretty please with a cherry on top!?

You really should make a multiplayer version of the teleport effect. There should be a way to fix the time scaling issue. If you can successfully create a Single Player version then surely you can at least try to establish in any working function at first a Multi Player version.
